Coloring Book Processing Schedule:
After the buyer submits the exclusive offer form:
CN GRAPHICS will send an invoice from Square to the buyer’s email submitted from the exclusive offer form, within 1-3 days.
Invoice payment processing: 3-5 business days.
Debit/Credit or ACH payments are accepted.
Shipments are usually within 10 days after invoice payment is processed.
A tracking number will be provided after the order has shipped to buyers email.
The buyer is responsible for making sure a valid shipping area is available for coloring book delivery. If the buyer is having shipment delivery issues, the tracking number associated, ex: UPS, USPS, or TBA (Amazon Logistics) will have to be contacted by the buyer.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds:
CN GRAPHICS does not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds after the coloring book order payment has been processed.
