INVITATION PROCESSING TERMS


Things To Think About Before Submitting Your Invitation Request:

1. Where Is Your Setup Design Idea Originating From? Self, CN GRAPHICS, LLC or Both?

2. What Are The Invitations Going To Be Used For? 

3. Type of Invitation: Card Stock, Pocket Folder or Both?

4. Invitation Colors?


Please allow 1 - 2  weeks for the setup design processing (non-refundable fee between $55-$160) included in overall payment dependent on the invitation complexity). CN Graphics, LLC will notify the customer if the setup design can be processed before payment is collected. The setup design process is needed so that the invitation can be reviewed before it moves to production and can be paid via PayPal, Cash, Credit Card or Check. 1 digital and hard copy will be provided free of charge if the invitations will be printed through CN Graphics, LLC. Additional setup designs that need to be created will be equal to or more in price depending on the complexity change and is not included in the overall cost. The customer is allowed to change the color or position of the graphic 2 times free of charge. There is an additional $7 change for each graphic change after (ie: color, font or the overall position of the design- not the same as the setup design).

During the setup design process, all text information given to CN Graphics, LLC provided by the customer will need to be typed and sent online via the form provided fill-in areas along with photos needed for referencing on the design. Photo files that are going to be used or referenced will need to be sent separately in an email from the form to cn.graphics@hotmail.com. Any typed information or picture changes sent from the customer after the provided form from CN Graphics, LLC has been approved and payment has been collected will be an additional $7 per email received.


All photos or graphics for print that are supplied by the customer that will be used in the design will need to be in full resolution. After the setup design has been approved by the customer, the order will have to be placed 3 months before the event or earlier. An approval proof will be sent digital or shipped to the customer or a combination of both. Please allow 2-5 weeks for the production processing time and no changes can be made.


It is the responsibility of the customers to proofread all text and view graphics before approval. The customer is responsible of all graphics and content supplied to CN Graphics for use. After completion, all graphics may be used on CN Graphics, LLC website gallery for visual display. If before the items are shipped CN Graphics, LLC is unable to keep the agreement (ie: computer problems) after customer payment, a refund of the original payment will be given back to the customer.


LOGO PROCESSING TERMS


Things To Think About Before Submitting Your Logo Request:

1. Where Is Your Concept Idea Originating From? Self, CN GRAPHICS, LLC or Both?

2. What Is The Logo Going To Be Used For? 

3. Just Card Stock, Pocket Folder or Both?

4. Logo Slogan? (Not Required)

5. Logo Colors? 
 

Please allow 1 - 3 weeks production processing time. CN Graphics, LLC will notify the customer if the concept design can be processed before payment is collected. Entire payment (non-refundable) is required and can be paid via PayPal, Cash, Credit Card or Check and have to be cleared before work is started. Up to 2 graphic concept designs will be provided to the customer free of charge. Additional graphic concept designs are an additional $43 (individually). An approval proof will be sent digitally to the customer. All information given to CN Graphics, LLC provided by the customer will need to be typed and sent through email via the form provided fill-in areas along with photos needed for referencing the design. 


During the concept design phase, all information given to CN Graphics, LLC provided by the customer will need to be typed and sent through email via the form provided fill-in areas. Photo files that are going to be used or referenced will need to be sent separately in an email from the form to cn.graphics@hotmail.com. FLYER, BUSINESS CARD, POSTER, BANNER, and BROCHURE PROCESSING TERMS

 

Things To Think About Before Submitting Your Flyer, Business Card, Poster or Banner Request:

1. Where Is Your Concept Idea Originating From? Self, CN GRAPHICS, LLC or Both?

2. What Is It Going To Be Used For? 

3. Colors and Size?

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks production processing time. CN Graphics, LLC will notify the customer if the setup design can be processed before payment is collected. Entire payment (non-refundable) is required during setup design and can be paid via PayPal, Cash, Credit Card or Check and have to be cleared before work is started. An approval proof will be sent digitally to the customer. Each change or addition after what has been agreed upon is an extra charge (prices vary). Photo files that are going to be used or referenced will need to be sent separately in an email from the form to cn.graphics@hotmail.com. MISCELLANEOUS GRAPHICS 


Please contact CN Graphics, LLC to get a quote on your custom graphic design need. CN Graphics, LLC will notify the customer if the design can be processed before payment is collected. Total cost for graphics creation will be provided when the project has been quoted by CN Graphics, LLC. Photo files that are going to be used or referenced will need to be sent separately in an email from the form provided by CN Graphics, LLC to cn.graphics@hotmail.com. All information given to CN Graphics, LLC provided by the customer will need to be typed and sent through email via the form provided fill-in areas along with photos needed for referencing the design.

 SHIPPING 


On all graphic orders, only (Standard Shipping) is available. A tracking number will be given to the customer from USPS. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the address provided to CN Graphics, LLC is correct. International shipping is not available.

CN Graphics, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipped items by the mail carrier. The customer will need to file a claim against the mail carrier.
