CELEBRATION OF LIFE - OBITUARY PROGRAM TERMS
Please Allow 1 Week To Complete Finished Program:
· 1-2 days for content to be sent to CN Graphics
· 1-2 days for setup design (proof review/changes)
· 1-2 days for print production.
All content will need to be sent to CN Graphics 1- 2 days prior to setup design and a non-refundable deposit fee is needed (included in overall payment). Each additional day content is not provided will be an extra day needed for print production. Full payment will need to be collected before print production and can be paid via PayPal, Cash, or Credit Card (no Checks). CN Graphics will notify the customer if the setup design can be processed before payment is collected
1 proof will be provided during the setup design process. A digital PDF print copy can be provided via customer’s email if being printed outside of CN Graphics. During the setup design process, all text information given to CN Graphics provided by the customer will need to be typed and sent through email via the form provided fill-in areas and sent to cn.graphics@hotmail.com.
All photos or graphics for print that are supplied by the customer that will be used in the design will need to be in full resolution. All photos needed for referencing on the design will also need to be sent separately in an email from the form to cn.graphics@hotmail.com. Any typed information or picture changes sent from the customer after the provided form has been sent to CN Graphics will be an additional $4 per email received.
The customer is allowed to change the color or position of the graphic 2 times free of charge. There is an additional $10 change for each graphic change after (ie: color, font or the overall position of the design- not the same as the setup design).
It is the responsibility of the customers to proofread all text and view graphics before approval. The customer is responsible of all graphics and content supplied to CN Graphics for use. After completion, all graphics may be used on CN Graphics website gallery for visual display.
If CN Graphics is unable to keep the agreement (ie: computer problems) after customer payment before the program is shipped, a refund of the original payment will be given back to the customer. If the program has defects due printer output, refund payment will be negotiated - this is only if CN Graphics is tasked with processing the print job.
INVITATION PROCESSING TERMS
Things To Think About Before Submitting Your Invitation Request:
1. Where Is Your Setup Design Idea Originating From? Self, CN Graphics or Both?
2. What Are The Invitations Going To Be Used For?
3. Type of Invitation: Card Stock, Pocket Folder or Both?
4. Invitation Colors?
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for the setup design processing and a non-refundable fee between $55-$160 included in overall payment (dependent on the invitation complexity). CN Graphics will notify the customer if the setup design can be processed before payment is collected. The setup design process is needed so that the invitation can be reviewed before it moves to production and can be paid via PayPal, Cash, Credit Card ( no checks).
1 digital and hard copy will be provided free of charge if the invitations will be printed through CN Graphics. Additional setup designs that need to be created will be equal to or more in price depending on the complexity change and is not included in the overall cost. The customer is allowed to change the color or position of the graphic 2 times free of charge. There is an additional $7 change for each graphic change after (ie: color, font or the overall position of the design- not the same as the setup).

An approval proof will be sent digital or shipped to the customer or a combination of both. Please allow 2-5 weeks for the production processing time and no changes can be made.

Please allow 1 - 3 weeks production processing time. CN Graphics will notify the customer if the concept design can be processed before payment is collected. Entire payment (non-refundable) is required and can be paid via PayPal, Cash, Credit Card (no checks) and have to be cleared before work is started. Up to 2 graphic setup designs will be provided to the customer free of charge. Additional graphic setup designs are an additional $43 (individually). During the setup design phase, all information given to CN Graphics provided by the customer will need to be typed and sent through email via the form provided fill-in areas. Photo files that are going to be referenced will need to be sent separately from the form. An email or digital content file link will be provided to the customer for photo files or other content retrival. An approval proof will be sent digitally to the customer. SHIPPING
On all graphic orders, only (Standard Shipping) is available. A tracking number will be given to the customer from USPS. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the address provided to CN Graphics is correct. International shipping is not available.
CN Graphics is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipped items by the mail carrier. The customer will need to file a claim against the mail carrier.
If before the items are shipped CN Graphics is unable to keep the agreement (ie: computer problems) after customer payment, a refund of the original payment will be given back to the customer. This does not include changes that were a added cost by the customer during the production process. If the item has defects due printer output, refund payment will be negotiated - this is only if CN Graphics is tasked with processing the print job.
